We explored the National Aquarium and Oriole Park, both super close. There's so much to do around here, perfect for unwinding after busy days. Clean and comfy rooms add to the fun.
However, the cleanliness could use some attention, as the carpets weren't up to par, which was disappointing.

Ava at check-in was friendly and attentive, but the stay quickly went downhill. The bathroom had only one ripped towel, the phone didn’t work, and the ice machines were broken. Our room couldn’t cool below 78 degrees which made for uncomfortable nights, especially when we found a wadded washcloth in our sheets. Despite assurances from staff, issues remained unresolved, leaving us disappointed and frustrated throughout our stay.

Friendly staff but cleanliness issues
The staff was welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and friendly. However, the overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with issues like torn towels and an unpleasant discovery in the sheets. Additionally, the phone in the room didn't work, and the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, making for a less than comfortable stay.

I stayed here for a few days for work and had a pretty decent experience. The staff, especially during check-in, were friendly and gave me an upgrade to a larger room without any extra cost.
It wasn't cheap but still acceptable for a work trip.
